Our volunteer case managers deal with a high volume of workload between their day jobs and family commitments and prioritise progressing ‘stuck’ cases not celebrating successful ones.
Many smaller cases have seen us successfully evacuate refugees, get finance to displaced people and elderly, and find vital information to help those in need.
