Case #310 – Armoured ambulance in Kharkiv

Since the beginning of war, six paramedics were killed and 58 ambulance drivers were shot by the Russian soldiers.

Ambulances are being attacked regardless if it’s with civilians or military forces inside.

At the moment, ambulances have zero protection therefore they do not operate and assist people under fire (it's forbidden for safety reasons).

That leads to more and more casualties in Ukraine since people do not get required medical treatment on time. To help people, hospitals and medics in cities like Kharkiv need armoured ambulance vehicles. Approx cost of each is £35000.
